On September 2, 2025, we held a factory tour at Moun-Tec Co., Ltd., a steel fabrication and sheet metal fabrication company located in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture, that manufactures distribution board enclosures such as cubicles, and frames.

【Factory Tour】
The factory tour was conducted in two teams. Two sales representatives from Moun-Tec Co., Ltd. guided us. Although one of them had only been with the company for two years, participants expressed surprise at how clear their explanations were.

【Main Presentation by President Yamada】
President Yamada gave a presentation on the theme of "Why is Moun-Tec chosen even from afar? ~Sales Strategy to Break Away from Price Competition and Continuously Increase Profit Margins~".

The number of business partners increased from 8 to 156 since his inauguration as president.
Their initiatives in information dissemination and sales were very insightful.

【Group Discussion】
The group discussion also proceeded as usual.
【Social Gathering】
The social gathering was held at a yakiniku restaurant near Moun-Tec Co., Ltd. They served so much delicious meat that we couldn't finish it all. It was delicious.
