Born in 1972. From Asahi-machi, Toyama Prefecture.
After completing his master's degree at Tohoku University's Graduate School of Engineering, he joined Fujikoshi Co., Ltd. At the material manufacturing factory, he gained comprehensive experience in manufacturing sites, including next-generation material development, production technology, manufacturing, and production control, learning the joy of manufacturing. Subsequently, he served as a planner, operator, and lecturer for training programs in the Human Resources Department and the TQC/TPM Promotion Department. He developed human resource development programs primarily for the manufacturing industry and provides experiential, immediately applicable training to Toyota-affiliated companies and the Toyama Prefectural Machine and Electronics Industry Association.
