On January 16, 2026, we held a joint factory tour of Nihon Jikujuku Kako Co., Ltd., Toyo Sokki Co., Ltd., and Nippa Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd., located within Shinyokohama Technohills Cooperative.

・Nihon Jikujuku Kako Co., Ltd.

They perform micro-unit additional processing and develop original products for mass-produced items from major bearing manufacturers. They can manufacture bearings up to 1200φ. Participants who held bearing samples commented on their smooth movement, saying they were almost addictive.

・Toyo Sokki Co., Ltd.
A manufacturer of weighing systems, primarily load cells. There were exclamations of surprise at how meticulously they handcraft components that form the foundation of digital measurement.

・Nippa Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd.
A comprehensive heat treatment company specializing in quenching. They can perform various heat treatments depending on material properties. They have 4 certified master technicians in heat treatment. In addition to large vacuum furnaces, they also have furnaces for salt quenching, which many first-time visitors found exciting.

All three companies were professionals in their respective fields. We could feel their commitment to detail, making it a very meaningful factory tour.
