On Friday, November 14, 2025, the FACTORY SEARCH Conference was held in Nagoya.

This was the first time in a while the conference was held in Nagoya.

In the second part, Mr. Nakajima of Joinbo Co., Ltd., an expert in welfare for people with disabilities, gave a lecture on the theme of 'Innovation Born from "Passion"  ~The Reality of New Value Creation through Collaboration between Manufacturing and Disability Welfare~'.
