　◼️ It was announced that the following initiatives were implemented after the factory tour.
　- Immediately after the factory tour, uniforms were renewed.
　- A new vision was created.
　- Souvenirs for customers were prepared.
　- A resolve to increase employees was formed.
　- It was decided to conduct inner branding.
　- Deliberately renewed plain work clothes.
　- Recruitment strategies were reviewed.

 　Excellent feedback was received from President Nagai for each presentation.
