In Part 2, Mr. Yamaguchi, President of Guild Design Co., Ltd., gave a presentation on the theme of "Breaking Away from Subcontracting and Launching New Businesses".

It was very insightful to hear about the process of how he started a subcontracting parts processing business, then shifted to developing and selling original products, and grew the business. In particular, his story of establishing a policy of "no longer providing quotations" and breaking away from subcontracting was very interesting. Furthermore, I was truly impressed by his management skills, having never incurred a deficit during that period.
